This website is informational and does not by itself create a service engagement. Paid services are governed by a separate, signed service agreement that, together with these Terms, governs the engagement. We also offer a free consultation, described below.

We offer a no-cost initial consultation to learn about your business and goals and to outline how we might help. The consultation does not guarantee a specific outcome, creates no obligation for either party, and does not constitute an offer to perform services until a separate written agreement is signed. We may decline or limit consultations at our discretion.

You agree to use our site lawfully and not to:

• Violate any applicable law or third-party right;
• Interfere with or disrupt the site, its servers, or its features;
• Scrape, copy, or republish content beyond personal, non-commercial use;
• Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code;

You authorize us to use the information you provide to perform our services.

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to AI Acquisition X3 Marketing and is protected by intellectual property laws. "AI Acquisition X3 Marketing" and related marks are our trademarks. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the site for its intended informational purpose. Search engine optimization and review management depend on factors outside our control, including Google's algorithms, policies, and ranking systems; your industry and location; competitor activity; and the accuracy and completeness of information you provide. We use good-faith, compliant methods, but we do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, review counts, ratings, timing, or any particular business outcome. Third-party platforms may change their features or policies at any time.

Our services may involve third-party platforms such as Google. Their terms of service, policies, and guidelines apply to your accounts and content, and we are not responsible for their actions or decisions. Our site may also link to third-party websites, which we do not control and whose terms and content we do not endorse.

Fees, billing, and payment terms for paid services are set out in your signed service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due as specified in that agreement. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your engagement. We may suspend services for non-payment after reasonable notice.

Our site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any results will be achieved.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will AI Acquisition X3 Marketing be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the site or services. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, for any dispute not subject to arbitration. Either party may require that any dispute arising from these Terms be resolved by binding arbitration administered in Sheridan, Wyoming. Each party waives any right to a class action or jury trial to the fullest extent permitted by law.
